We are incredibly proud to announce that our brilliant teacher Therese Mabaka has been selected as one of the top 50 finalists of the Global Teacher Prize 2023!

This achievement is a true testament to the impact Maman Therese has had on countless young girls and their families for over ten years at Malaika. Thank you to Teacher prize, Varkey Foundation, Dubai Cares and Unesco for spotlighting the indispensable work of Therese and so many other dedicated teachers across the world.
